Quest Detail: Get 50 Feathers from Eliaden at Crespo(best to hunt in 88:88), 30 Fistfuls of light Dust from thunderbulls at avalon(SouthEast and SouthWest outer part of avalon),
20 bones of Aeries at avalon(South inner side of avalon) and 50,000,000 DIL then return to hosea and offer those things to helion .
